My day job includes designing proposals (RFPs, RFQs, SOQs), newspaper and magazine ads, postcards, flyers, signage, slideshows, event invitations, t-shirts, websites and other marketing collateral. On a daily basis I use InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional and Dreamweaver.

Through my travels, and even before I became interested in graphic design, I noticed the need for it; seeing countless translation typos on menus, poorly designed or non-existent hostel websites and lack of printed information for travel-related businesses.

The initial concept of WanderingDesigns.com was the result of this need. So I'm building my portfolio to not only create unique designs for clients and to become a better designer, but to generate the necessary funds to wander the world once again—if even for a short while.
